Body transformation in few steps



You want to feel good in your own body and be proud of it, but you are not a big fun of gym or you just don't have time for long hard workouts? Don't worry, there is still a solution for you to improve your body image and your health too. The following tips are feasible for everyone so no more excuses and let's start with little changes in some of your habits.

WALK OFTEN
The first thing you should change in your life in order to improve your physical condition is to avoid car as much as you can. Try to go on foot or even bicycle whenever is possible. In that way, you will be more active in the same time while you are doing everything that you would do anyway, so later you won't need too much additional time to exercise. You can kill two birds with one stone. In addition, you won't be nervous about traffic jam or waiting for a bus. On contrary, you may feel better because walking relaxes your mind and helps drive stress away. Only disadvantage is that you will need more time to get somewhere. However, if you take all healthy benefits that you can get from being more physically active, it is definitely worth it. Of course, that doesn't mean to exhaust yourself so always listen to your body and do how do you feel at moment but just don't be too lazy!

CLIMB THE STAIRS
Another exercise that doesn't cost but it's very effective is climbing the stairs. You should practice that as often as you can rather than use elevators. When you climb the stairs, the most of your muscles are working, especially gluteus which is usually the women's primarily focus on ameliorating their body image. It won't be easy at the beginning, but stay determined and you will soon reach good physical condition and desirable figure. Beside that, elevators may stop working suddenly, so if you choose stairs, you can even avoid uncomfortable situations like staying in elevator and waiting someone rescue you from it. Needless to say how stressful you could feel if you are late somewhere, so do a favor to your body and mind- climb the stairs!

SQUATS
Squats are also very good exercise for your lower body by also working your core. People usually avoid them because they seem boring but once you see results from this movement you will start love it so much. Advantage of squats is also that you can do them wherever you want, even while you do something else. For example, why don't kill the time in quality way when you are waiting the water to boil, when you brush your teeth or you talk to someone on the phone? Doing squats will not disturb you too much but if you do them regularly, they will contribute a lot to your desired body transformation.

PUSH UPS
Although are men those known to be obsessive with well defined and big muscular upper body, the true is that some women would also like to highlight this body part. There are various exercises that will help you to get stronger and sexy upper body. For instance, push ups are efficient and effective for beginners in fitness as well as for more advanced trainees. You can do them in the morning so wake up your body with one quick workout or whenever it is the most convenient for you, just try to include them in your routine. Basing on your motivation, maybe you would like to buy some small weights for home use. They are not so expensive and they could be very useful for you and help you improve your home workouts. You can do many different exercises with dumbbells even while you are watching tv or wait your painted nails to dry completely. Finally you could feel as you are in your own private gym. Isn't that great?

BEAUTIFUL ABS
Flat tummy or even six pack, who wouldn't like that? Beside it's very nice to have well defined abs it is also very significant for our body to strengthen those muscles. We can improve posture and avoid back pain if we work regularly on our abdominals. What is important is to be aware that it is individually how much time is necessary for someone to get six pack or just better muscle definition. They become more visible in less time for people who don't have problems with weight, working out regularly and eat well. On the contrary, people who are overweight will need more time and dedication to reveal those muscles. Anyway, the key for beautiful abs is primarily in the kitchen and mix of various exercises. That means, whatever is your fitness level, healthy nutrition is necessary along with persistence and often changes of workouts. If you do different exercises, including some cardio movements, you will get better and faster results than just doing hundred of usual crunches. Circuit and interval trainings burns belly fat and strengthen your stomach the best.

CARDIO
Being engaged in some cardio activities improves your overall health and body shape too. Some of the cardio movements include riding a bike, jogging, brisk walk, dancing or even having sex. Therefore, you should find something that you enjoy the most and do it as often as you can. It will be very good if you practice a little bit of everything so you don't get bored and get the best results. Here are some ideas how you can do cardio workout and have fun. Make deal with some friends to compete in cycling, or you can just ride a bike together instead of sitting in café. If you have a dog, you may take it for a brisk walk or even light jogging. In that way, you do two things, your workout and play with your pet. Why don't have fun doing your housework? Let yourself singing and dancing while you are finishing your daily chores at home. Finally, what is better than enjoying with your partner and having amazing marathon sex which can even helps you to achieve your goal? Some people feel uncomfortable about sex, but actually being sexually active improves self confidence, and so make you more determined and motivated for everything you do. Therefore, stop being shamed about your body, and wait until it looks perfect to give yourself a pleasure you deserve. Make love to love your body and love yourself!
